Eurostaete will house 480 rental flats. The majority of the flats are intended for people with a middle income.
Shops and offices
The ground floors, particularly on the railway side, will be given a varied interpretation. A coffee corner, a bicycle repair shop, a dry cleaner, it's all possible. Good for the people who live in Eurostaete, but also good for the residents from the surrounding area.
For residents with a car there is room in the parking garage of PSV, but actually in this building we focus more on sustainable mobility. This means that we encourage residents to use public transport or to make use of one of the 29 shared cars that will become available. There will also be a special basement under the residential buildings for storing bicycles. The residents will not receive a parking permit. In this way, we want to prevent an increase in parking in the neighbourhood.
Eurostaete is intended to become a pleasant living environment for the new residents. They will have a communal roof garden with a greenhouse for urban agriculture. In addition, it must be a complement to the neighbourhoods around it.
