The demolition has started

You surely have seen it already, we have started the demolition of Eurobuilding Eindhoven.
Last Thursday, the official demolition act took place. Alderman Torunoglu and director Toon de Koning of Interesting Vastgoed sealed this moment by demolishing one of the first bricks of the building together.
The demolition is going according to plan. After the demolition various cables and pipes will be re-routed to enable the realisation of the houses.

Environmental permit

We expect to receive the environmental permit for the construction of 480 dwellings very soon. We expect to be able to start construction in the summer.
